About Abe Fark

A Minnesota native, Abe Fark has called Los Angeles home for fifteen years. Prior to joining the Kays & Mogharrabi Group at Carolwood Estates, he worked in both private equity—where he developed a disciplined approach to evaluating assets, managing risk, and identifying long-term value—and in creative office development. In the latter, he partnered with film and television leaders to steward their migration from leased studio space to directly owned properties, creating highly curated private environments designed to feel like home.
