About Sami Housman

Born and raised on the east coast, Sami comes from a real estate family and is the third-generation to enter the industry. Growing up, she would accompany her mom to open houses across New York City, which fostered her early interest in the home real estate market.

After attending college in Madison, Wisconsin, Sami moved to Los Angeles to begin her career in the entertainment industry where she spent over a decade working as an agent, producer and founder of her own talent management company, representing high-level clients with a focus on positive social impact. During her time in entertainment, she sold shows to major networks, produced an Oscar nominated short film, and was recognized by Variety’s Power of Youth as an impactful industry figure for her work with top emerging talent.

Despite her success in entertainment, Sami always maintained her passion for properties. She has spent her time attending open houses across Los Angeles, further developing her love and knowledge for the iconic and beautiful properties in LA. Sami’s love for home real estate—combined with her strong work ethic, ability to connect with people and her proven success in negotiating and client management—have inspired her to transition to her role as Estate Agent at Kays & Mogharrabi Group.
